My 6 morning routines
We hear it all the time having a solid morning routine is important. It helps set the mood and direction for the day. Today I share what I do in the morning. Now while it may change a little based on the schedules of my kids and husband I do work hard at keeping some level of consistency with this list.
I'd love to hear the things you incorporate into your morning routine if you have one and if not I hope this inspires you to create one because it's not hard at all. Start by adding ONE small thing to your list and see if that works for your life.
Good Luck!

How I was inspired by a birds nest
Have you ever given any thought to the HOW's and WHY's of birds nest construction? You're answer is probably NO! I didn't either until I decided to clean up the leaves in my back yard a few weeks ago. Because of the enormity of the leaf piles I looked up at ALL of the trees that were in our back yard and those of the neighbors and spotted 2 birds nest. It got me to thinking about how they were made, what they were made of and why birds build nest. I mean its January and windy and those 2 nests have been there for quite some time. So I Googled this topic and down the rabbit hole I went. Today's episode talks about how to think about what you do and what you want for your life. I hope this episode serves as food for though and ask you to share it and if you're feeling REALLY motivated leave us a review in whatever platform you're using to listen to this.
Love and Lattes,
Wanda
