I recently attended a 10 days meditation retreat observing noble silence; learning the vipassana meditation technique. I sum this experience as by far, the greatest investment I have made in my life to date. In this episode I share the first two parts of the experience, the pre-retreat experience and the during retreat experience. Strap in and enjoy :)
