Welcome to the Life With Sha podcast where you have "unfiltered conversations with your virtual bestie."
In this episode I talk about what I learned about myself in the last year. I talked about what the pandemic taught me which is to be more present, how to enjoy my children and enjoy the time spent with them.
All of us have been impacted by the pandemic in some way but has it taught you anything? My hope is that after listening to this you can think about what you've learnt and how you are going to use those lessons in this year 2021 and beyond.
