Episode 150: Innovative training methods that can take your preparation to the next level.

Ninety minutes of total running, but split up. It’s an idea that few other teams copied, yet seems to have helped York HS throughout their dynasty. In this episode, we discuss different training methods that might seem a bit crazy, but are highly effective. It’s time to broaden your horizons.

Too vague

You two have knowledge. But again and again there are long vague philosophical rants. You need to give more examples, of workouts, workout weeks, structure etc. Everything is so extremely vague. You can't just talk about math, you have to show how to do math. It's a combination of knowledge and seeing examples and solving equations. In many ways running is simple, but you're making it more complicated than it is.

Should also make an episode on the ingebrigtsen training.
