Lullaby
Rob promises to diverge from the rock genre in the last episode and fails miserably as we dive into his favorite artist of all time, The Cure. In this episode we discuss Lullaby, a song that we both agree sums up The Cure quite nicely.
-
Everlong
Daniel makes the argument it's the best rock song ever produced. A discussion ensues as we meander through rock, physical music and other random topics.
-
Cold Little Heart
In this week's episode we keep up the habit of mixing the genres and steer ourselves a little more retro soul / rock oriented with Michael Kiwanuka's Cold Little Heart.
-
Easy Lover
In this episode we learn a little bit about the song Easy Lover by Philip Bailey and Phil Collins.

Head Like a Hole
In 1989 the top 40 was covered in hits by Paula Abdul, Poison, Bobby Brown and Chicago. Hair metal was at its peak and Grunge was right around the corner. There were a few acts like Depeche Mode and New Order that were making great, dark synth pop but no one could have anticipated an album like Pretty Hate Machine by Nine Inch Nails and in particular, the success of Head Like a Hole, the first single off the album.

Christmas Special
