Como acontece com técnicos de futebol, com o pessoal da área de propaganda e marketing e críticos de cinema, muita gente sempre acha que entende profundamente a gestão de pessoas e ainda mais como e para que funciona o RH.E tem palpite de todo lado. Contudo, uma busca por equívocos a respeito do RH tráz hoje quando gravo esse episódio, nada mais nada menos que 10.400.000 resultados em meros 0,49 segundos quando da busca em inglês.
