A gem! - The podcast I have been looking for
If you are into ANY kind of endurance sport this is worth listening to. This podcast has the perfect blend of interesting insights, science based knowledge and anecdotes. Dr Shawn Bearden has conversations with "super stars" of their field. Being a researcher and exercise physiologist/biomechanist myself this is of course right up my alley, but whether you are a coach, an athlete or a scientist you can learn something from this podcast! Dr. Bearden asks questions from all perspectives and I am both refreshing existing knowledge and learning new things.
Keep up the excellent work, Dr. Bearden! My husband and I are having a blast listening through the archive.
