Nathan Leathers is a younger, serial entrepreneur with an intense desire to compete, while motivating others to take calculated risks and understand the mindset associated with their purpose in life. His passion for business and valuing the process, versus the outcome, has created a unique environment for his three businesses, allowing them to capitalize on each other relative to their relationships.
The “hate to lose” versus “like to win” mindset has propelled Nathan to grow his businesses. His understanding of the philosophy of “fail forward” with employees has been a foundation, in which he discusses with like minded executives, owners, and businesses alike.
Over the two years or so he has found a passion around health and fitness, along with motivational speaking, through involvement in Vlogs and Podcasts. This new-found dynamic has propelled his desire even more so with the psychology of being able to, not only find success in the professional front, but also the ability to balance that with a long term health perspective that provide much more energy, focus and desire for longevity.
