Coleman Ayers (@byanymeansbball) started his basketball trainer journey from square 1, but quickly ascended his presence & impact in the basketball training community in keeping a steadfast attention to atomic detail, seeing the whole picture of player development picture, and having fearless action to better his work, even if it meant going plenty out of his comfort zone. We talk about under-focused layers of the player development process, skill acquisition, pattern matching/player psychology, and close with a chat on Coleman's early dive into web3/NFTs from the basketball development training realm!
