He doesn't believe in hacks but offers lots of great advice and motivation to get you to the gym, for your head if not for your body.
Tony grew up in Belfast during the Troubles and spoke about how that impacted him and how he only realised his childhood was abnormal when he went to Australia as an adult.

After asking for dilemmas from the listeners, Terence is unhappy to find himself offering relationship advice and defining infidelity in this week's bonus.
