The BEMA Podcast is a walk-through of the context of the Bible and the Text itself, as well as surrounding history. We deconstruct our common readings of the Bible and attempt to reconstruct them through the lens of historical context.
The main body of work is contained in Seasons 1–5, and we encourage you to start with episode 0 (or even -1) and continue in order through episode 204. Beyond that, we explore new topics, revisit old topics, and dive deeper into practical ways of living out the things we have learned together.

Best way I have ever encountered

From start to finish season 5, BEMA offers a way of understanding both the Bible and Christianity in a different way. There are so many things I never have heard any good teaching on, and there really are a lot more to the Bible than the “traditional” Christian way offers. Thank you for the whole experience

Great podcast about the Bible

I really like this podcast. My understanding of the biblical story has truly been enriched by listening to these episodes. It’s like they show you a new landscape where the colours are brighter and the air is fresher. It’s not that they come up with something new and strange, but the perspective of the old story is different from what I’m used to as a western protestant Christian - it’s both exciting and challenging.
I recommend this to everyone who wants to be a dedicated disciple of Jesus Christ!
