    How to combat stress related chest tightness with Breathing!

    Hi Ladies, welcome back! 

    𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲?

    ⁣I’ve seen two scenarios happening recently.⁣

    1. The extra stressful state a lot of us have been operating in is doing a couple things to our bodies. We aren’t really connected or at home in our bodies, instead we are up in our thoughts and playing out worst case scenarios. When stress increase we breathe differently and not properly. So instead of nice deep belly breaths we are chest breathing which isn’t as effective. Along with all of that you could experience tightness in your chest which makes it even harder to get a deep breath.

    2. If you’re choosing to wear a mask getting in oxygen is so much more of a challenge.

    Our bodies need that oxygen so ...𝘛𝘳𝘺 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘹𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘴!

    Hi Ladies, welcome back! Most of us have been under Safer at Home orders for a month or so now. There has been a lot of mixed emotions that have popped up for many of us. In light of this change, there can be clarity and magic. I've learned some pretty awesome stuff over the last month by being forced to slow down and just be.
