The internal fight and plight of mentally ill people‪.‬ Bas Yunhi

    • Personal Journals

Whatever a mentally challenged person is doing, they are under the criticism lens, no matter what the degree of severity of the disease is. When they let their feelings out it looks like self pity or kindled frustration over situations. When they look normal, which they often do, they are expected to carry over all the responsibility. Little do they know that they are fighting an unannounced battle each second inside their mind. Wounded they are and bleeding inside. With hopelessness in their eyes they look at you always with a smile, trying to hide the pain over years stored as tears.
