    25. Oklahoma Meets The World w/ Robert Reid

    25. Oklahoma Meets The World w/ Robert Reid

Apparently OKC is a travel mecca these days, so we thought it was a good time to chat with someone who knows about travel. This week, we sat down with Robert Reid, travel writer for places like Lonely Planet and National Geographic. He's also a videographer, and he's been places and done things. In addition to being the leading advocate for the Oklahoma panhandle, Robert helped Patrick overcome his travel fear, and gave some great recommendations for travel in Southeastern Asia.

    24. Husbands w/ Wil Norton and Danny Davis

What connection does The Lost Ogle have with the local music scene?
    More than you probably think.
This week, we sat down with Wil Norton and Danny Davis of Husbands to talk about how they record their music, their upcoming album, and their musical projects before they started the band. Also, Patrick spins a yarn about a mixed CD he once gave to a fellow coworker, and how that changed the OKC musical landscape forever.

Prior to being elected Principal Chief, he served as the Cherokee Nation Secretary of State. We talked about Kevin Stitt's interpretation of the gaming compact, and what the future holds for sports betting in the state of Oklahoma. Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr. discussed the difference between tribal politics and national politics, as well as what it means to be a member of the Cherokee tribe and whether or not DNA determines it.
