    Ever felt like your vulva was ugly? Ever felt like your vulva wasn't normal - didn't smell normal, labia wasn't normal, pubic hair wasn't normal?
    I have a vulva and there have been many MANY moments where I have felt like my vulva wasn't normal. That is why I LOVE Hilde Atalanta's Instagram page and website - THE VULVA GALLERY. It is a platform dedicated to vulva diversity and shows people that vulvas comes in all shapes, sizes and colours. Hilde draws and paints vulvas from all over the world. People send in photos alongside their story
    about their relationship with their vulva.I thoroughly enjoyed my chat with Hilde and you will too. We spoke about the rise of labiaplasty, normalising people being embarrassed about their vulvas, and Hilde's experience connecting with other non-binary people from around the world through THE VULVA GALLERY.

Their aim is to to dismantle the negative stigma and embarrassment often associated with menstruation.
    Demi also spoke with entrepreneur Emily Rastas about her wearable stress balls. Through her business Emipeli Designs she creates sensory clothing with unique features that can help keep anxious tendencies at bay.

And of course Demi spoke about the biggest tone deaf trend of them all - gender reveal parties. Several listeners of the show shared their thoughts on the controversial matter and discussed how gender reveal parties are very transphobic and sexist.
