The Phasing Line Podcast Sterling Mann & Marty Sullaway
-
- Leisure
The Phasing Line Podcast is brought to you by Marty Sullaway KC1CWF, and Sterling Coffey, N0SSC, whose combined age is still less than that of the average ham radio operator. We hope to bring some interesting conversation to the table like no other ham radio podcast on the market. We talk about everything - literally everything - in ham radio. Whether it's about a four-square array, or the D-STAR/System Fusion/DMR debate, youth, or SDR architecture, we have it all. Warning: Tangential conversations ahead.

The Heroes From Puerto Rico (Live From Dayton)
On this episode, we talk to the three 2018 Hamvention Special Achievement award winners in Dayton, Ohio in May 2018, at the Dayton Hamvention. We're joined by Doug, K1DG, and Gerry, W1VE, to talk with Herb, KK4DCX, Victor, WP4SD, and Emilio, WP4KEY, about their amazing work to pass thousands of messages out of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria struck the island in Fall, 2017.
About the hosts:
Sterling, N0SSC: A 26-year-old freshly graduated electrical engineer from St. Louis, Missouri who’s in the hobby for contesting, youth engagement, and just about everything else. He’s a former ARRL youth editor and a big advocate for collegiate amateur radio. http://n0ssc.com
Marty, KC1CWF: The infamous “Chicken With Fries,” is a 16-year-old ham from the Boston, MA area, who loves contesting, DXing, building stations and mentoring others. He is very involved in ham radio related media production and web content. -
