A must listen for runners
A superb podcasts. But one point of criticism: in the episode about veganism of last year they invited an ex-vegetarian who spoke about meat and veganism in a very uninformed way. Animal foods fill us up better? No good sources of iron? Not everything you need can be found in a vegan diet? It’s 2021 now not the 1970s anymore.
