For this episode focusing on getting a quality nights sleep, we were joined by Alison Francis, better known as Anandi or The Sleep Guru. She is a qualified yoga instructor under Georg Feuerstein, a graduate of the Anthony Robbins University, an NLP practioner & hynopherapist and a qualified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor under Deepak Chopra. Anandi suffered from insomnia for nearly 15 years until she discovered the power of the breath which she credits with healing her. She now runs workshops, retreats and online programmes for those suffering with sleep disorders, stress and anxiety.
