Ranisa Sweat is a New Haven/Hamden bred who is dominating the fields of consulting and entrepreneurship. After graduating from Morgan State University in 2019 with a B.S in Applied Liberal Studies, she did some soul searching and realized that she loved to work with and help people. As a result, she pursued and accepted a consulting role with Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory, broking and solutions company, and has been working there for over a year now.⁣
Additionally, Ranisa is the CEO of @braidedbyne , a hair braiding salon in Hamden, CT, which had its grand opening this past September in Hamden, CT.
