Warning! Healing from Trauma: Emotions Abundance Living - by Pamela DeVrou Smith

We are deep diving into thee hardest part of healing:  OUR EMOTIONS!  To live and play "Full-Out" and within abundance, we MUST get down and dirty with the emotions behind what's stopping us!!  Typical talk about healing or changing seems or even to be successful starts and stops with only the two top layers of healing: 1) Thoughts and 2) Behaviors.  But if we truly want lasting change, healing and success within our lives, we must have a deeper dive into the next three layers: 3) Emotions, 4) Story's we tell ourselves, and 5) the actual event that took place that caused us pain or trauma.  THIS is where it must begin SO THAT we can have the lasting change we desire.  When we "go there", we can then heal and face our fears by addressing them and reminding ourselves it's ok!  Keep moving forward!  We are no longer holding ourselves back!
