Why Do I Even Care?‪!‬ Rebekah Campbell

Hello everyone!

My name is Rebekah Campbell. You're probably thinking... OK?! I have no clue who you are... AND, why should I even care?! Well, no particular reason but, I have a story to tell.

I consider this podcast to be equal parts therapy sessions, autobiography, survivor tell-all and lastly a way to inspire and motivate. Regardless of current circumstances or previous life experiences - you can and will survive AND most importantly you can have and deserve a happy life filled with joy!

Season one will focus on the moments that molded my life. A few key points that evolve into episodes are as follows:

High School:

- Having the toilet over flow on me resulting in me walking around smelling like... well, you know!

- My front tooth being knocked out prior to dance team tryouts AND days before prom

- Bleeding through my pants and into my chair in math class

- Being stalked and later kidnapped and sexually assaulted



After High School:

- Being shot in the face with a .22 caliber gun WHILE pregnant

- Being homeless

- Going to medical school



Despite life's challenges, I stand strong today! My heart is full of joy! I appreciate all the pain, suffering and lessons I've undoubtedly learned the hard way. 

I hope you tune in and listen to me as I use my stories to encourage and support others who may be in similar situations or are looking for the strength and path to happiness and a full life!

This show is guaranteed to make you laugh (even if it is at my southern accent), bring tears to your eyes (so what if it is from laughing at me, after all, laughter is good for the soul) and give you hope for the future!
