    In this episode, we have Lorena, a mother of two beautiful children who is passionate for mental health awareness. Depression is so prevalent among us that it can even be regarded as the "common cold" of the mental disorder (Douglas Bloch). However, it is highly stigmatised, misunderstood, and inadequately discussed especially among Indonesian communities. Hence, WTS try to address what depression is and whether they exist. We also outlined the common symptoms and causes, figuring out how to know when you are depressed. We also address the potential courses of action to take when your loved ones are depressed. Finally, we ask whether it is possible for depression to go away.

    Can women enter Indonesian politics?

    In this episode, we are lucky to have the founder of Girls Can Lead Indonesia, Rachael Abigail, who has also worked alongside numerous Indonesia politicians. We talked about the chances and implications of women to enter Indonesian politics. We started by discussing what feminism means to her and whether feminism is a Western value that contradicts with Indonesian traditional and religious values. We then talked about the ways, or the lack thereof, for women to enter politics. We then brainstormed solutions to how we can ensure that more women participate in politics, translating to more women-friendly policies in Indonesia.
