Wearing the title of Miss Arkansas for two years in a row has its perks, especially when your platform is “Know Who You Are." Miss Arkansas developed this platform to purvey to students -- "if you truly know who you are, you won’t be led to do or be something you’re not" -- and this translates to steering clear of drugs and drug abuse. Keilanna came on board as a Drug Free World Ambassador early on when she wore her title as Miss Delaware and ultimately brought her to the United Nations where she received her Drug Free Hero Award.
