What Do You Mean‪?‬ Jason Salcedo

This time we'll be breaking from our standard historical format in favor of a narrative that breaks from the mainstream. In our nation's media coverage of the coronavirus pandemic, there have been many stories of those on the frontlines and the setbacks and shortages they've faced, decisions they've had to make. As more and more patients are being asked to stay home to reduce the spread of the infection, many doctors, including specialists, are seeing a lot less patients. 

For today's episode we will be analyzing the coronavirus' effect on small doctor's/specialist's offices and parts of society through a few different lenses. First a look at the healthcare sector and how specialists have been affected. Then, a look at the economics of COVID-19 and how it's affected several areas of industry. This episode is Part 1.
