He knew then as he knows now that wealth is built in real estate equity. In 2015 he househacked his first single family home in LA County, which allowed him to Live rent-free and to use the equity he received from his first house to get his Los Angeles triplex. He now owns a triplex near the new SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California and has a brand called Livin' Rent Free where he teaches people how they too can live free.
