Amazing companion for pregnancy
I listened regularly during my first pregnancy and loved being able to hear different kinds of stories, all of which are told in a very inclusive and supportive way. A gem of a resource for anyone who is pregnant and for support people too!

I can't remember how I found The Birth Hour, but from minute one of the first podcast I have been so grateful that I did. I am 4 weeks from the due date of my first baby, and the diverse, honest and beautiful birth stories have become my ballast on this crazy sea of pregnancy. I have learned SO MUCH about how to advocate for my family during the birthing process, about my body, and about the realities of all different kinds of births and post-partum experiences. I just love how each woman's story, medicated or unmedicated, vaginal or caesarean, is respected for what it is; a tale of female endurance and wonder. As all births should be. Thank you for making me a total birth-groupie!
