A Blessing . . ‪.‬ Devotional Christian Poetry

A Blessing . . .
I bless you
as a priest would
with vibrant spiritual life.
To be aware and awake
to the spiritual realm.
Seeing it's reality
above the natural realm.
Relating to its fullness.
Being naturally spiritual
and spiritually natural.
Understanding . . .
the relationship of both
how they flow as one.
Having open hearing ears
to His whispers . . .
In The Silence.
Reflection
We can all be guilty of wanting to be constantly blessed by God's hand, with Him providing for our needs. There is a far bigger blessing waiting for us as we grow into our relationship with Him. In our earthly relationships with people, we grow in our understanding of them and become delightfully surprised as we discover more.
God is unable to be understood so please don't waste your time trying to. He can reveal Himself to us in stages as we grow in Him and these are such exciting times! Scripture gives us clues and promises which are like God wooing us with His love and at the same time drawing into His heart. Verses like 1Cor 2:9 are one of my favorites.
A quote from Isaiah 64: But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”
I Corinthians 2:9 NKJV
I bless you with this Blessing that God will grant you what your eye has not seen nor your ears heard, nor has it entered your heart ALL the things which God has prepared and has in store for you because you LOVE HIM!
In blessing you with God revealing Himself to you, I am confident that God knows the exact timing and the special something He has prepared for you at this time. I can't think of any higher blessing I can bless you with than with God Himself!
God has so much in store for us to discover about Himself and everything around us. I once heard an excited preacher say this, and I'm sure it wasn't in his notes "this will take the yawn out of your Christianity!" Doing life with God is more than exciting and exhilarating, there's no single word to describe it in our English language!!
Have you seen this verse in the scripture and mused on what would be written down and recorded when you next discussed the latest revelations you have had from God with your friends?
Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, And the Lord listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the Lord And who meditate on His name.
Malachi 3:16 NKJV
These beautiful scriptures are the nuggets of gold He writes between the lines of our relationship that we have as individuals. Talk about exciting!!
