Uncertainty is now our constant companion during Pandemic 2020. We are anxious. We must do the heavy work of facing our fears.
Meditation provides an opportunity for us to create a safe environment within ourselves to carefully extract what we are willing and ready to examine.
It is in silence that we can receive clarity and instructions from the universe on how to move through our challenges and capitalize on our opportunities.
