Customer Reviews
All the potential but a fail so far
I’m a huge fan of both Sam and Ricky so ignored the negative reviews here and promptly purchased both seasons as soon as I discovered the podcast. I’m only 6 episodes in so I’m hoping it will vastly improve. The problem is simply that Ricky constantly interrupts Sam and takes us on new tangents so that all we’re left with is 6 episodes so far of Ricky just rambling and rambling and it’s largely not even of comedic value. Every single time Sam sets up the foundation for his argument or discussion, Ricky highjacks the conversation again. The result is we learn nothing at all from Sam and Ricky isn’t funny. So far it’s been a complete waste of time and money but I will persevere a little longer hoping these two extremely generous, thoughtful and kind people have the nous to self-correct during the series and fulfil on the show’s potential to enable us lesser mortals to be educated and have a laugh along the way.
