A Tribute to Rushbo, Prayer for James Coates, Augustine and Zosimus
Almost went two hours today -sorry--, but we went in depth in our response to Trent Horn on the subject of Augustine's allegedly saying, -Rome has spoken, the case is closed.- That took up the vast majority of our time -including looking at the -I would not believe the gospel except for the testimony of the Catholic Church- quote-, but at the start I explained why I am wearing a Rush Limbaugh -No Boundaries- tie as my tribute to El Rushbo, and then we took time to remember James Coates who sits in Canadian jail for daring to tell the Canadian government that it is not lord over Christ's Church.
Max Lucado's Apology for Having Spoken the Truth, Ravi Zacharias Scandal, and Yes, Mi
Went long today, so get a deep seat in the proverbial saddle- Spent quite some time on the Max Lucado debacle wherein he apologizes for having spoken the truth 17 years ago-a truth that is now -hurtful.- Then we moved on to the Ravi Zacharias scandal and developments therein. Finally I finished up with about half an hour on last evening's sermon on Psalm 2, 110, Isaiah 42-1-4, and 1 Corinthians 15-20ff, my apologetic for having entered, tardily, and late in life, into the postmillennial camp -I must say, they have much better chips and salsa than the amils-. I promised that I would link to this video presentation which is very well done which will help folks consider some of the key issues relating to the topic.
Conversion Bills, Great Reset News, Romans 13 Revisited
The title hard does it justice. Covered a lot of ground, including Bill C6 in Canada, the Victorian legislation in Australia, Jake Tapper tweeted an absurd hit piece on Tom Buck, Karen Swallow Prior vowing to never vote for a Republican again, LeCrae and non-partisan performances, Baylor collapsing to the LGBTQ revolution, Disney firing Gina Carano, the Religion of the Masked, scary news about vaccination deaths, and then finally a lengthy revisit in light of criticism of our Romans 13 comments.
The Revisionist History of Homosexuality in the Bible Debunked, A Few Other Notes
Went into the big studio today to use the board to nail down a full response to the currently viral story about the alleged history of the Bible and the meaning of arsenokoites at 1 Corinthians 6 and 1 Timothy 1. Since this kind of falsehood gets passed around like candy corn on the playground before lunch, all Christians, but especially our young folks, need to know the truth and be able to give a response. We went a little over and hour, and then commented on a few other items before finishing up, including a response to Bassam Zawadi regarding daily worship of God.

James white has some interesting arguments for Christianity, but he makes a lot of personal attacks on other Christian brothers. Not mormons or JW’s ect. But personal attacks on bible believing, evangelical Christians.
