-Reverend Debora, a first generation Estonian Canadian, shares about her ancestry from her Animist perspective.

-S*ha shares her view of the difference between the Voice of the Goddess and the patriarchal voice in her ancestral Palestinian culture. ⁠What she shares is relatable to anyone who has grown up in any of the three Abrahamic religions. This segment was recorded on October 6, 2023.
-After 30 years as a mental health practitioner, Laura Brinkerhoff shares her advice to young practitioners/helpers regarding self care while doing the challenging job of holding space for clients.

-Reohad shares from her experience as the mother of a neurodivergent child and what it has taught her.

-Valerie is an artist and creativity coach, and she shares about intentional creativity and how being creative helps us be agents of change.

-Minister Violette ends our podcast with her poem and piano homage to our current reality of climate crisis and the 6th Extinction.
