How can we begin to learn the difference between procrastination and divine timing? sometimes things don’t happen when you thought they should and sometimes we are the ones blocking ourselves from taking action in our lives.
Are you scared 😱 to ask for help ? Are you maybe even ashamed to ask for help ? Do you feel like you don’t have people in your life you can relay on ? Do you have trouble even asking the universe for help ?
Sometimes we are too independent (and stubborn 🤣) to actually ask for the things we need, to give ourselves the support we need and sometimes that’s because we didn’t have those things in our early life.
Sharing about reprogramming ourselves to see our value, and to not only love ourselves but to RESPECT ourselves.
Grace shares some stories and experiences from her own life that avoidance got her into and now she is learning to break free of those habits and relearn it’s safe to be seen, to be loved, to be heard, to be witnessed, and as she heals she can help others too!
