The best health & wellbeing podcast

I love Balanced Bites. It's the most well-rounded, entertaining and informative health & wellbeing podcast on the net. Liz and Diane are so easy to listen to and I really love that they approach everything from a 'real world' perspective with zero judgement towards people who are not living a 'perfect paleo' lifestyle. I am quickly making my way through the back catalogue!

My favourite health & wellness podcast - Diane and Liz are knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed and moderate in their approach, which is refreshing in a world that seems to be increasingly dogmatic over how we eat/move/think/whatever. These ladies are the highlight of my week!
