As an Information Security professional, passion for this line of work are the building blocks of a long and fulfilling career. Being results-driven is important because this is not an easy field to be successful in and the work that you do can be the difference between protecting critical assets and a critical breach. Izzy advocates that being able to think outside the box and shift gears will enable you to be very successful and stay on the pulse of solving complex issues.
