She has been vegan for nearly five years and is passionate about animal welfare, and the environment. Indi is also an entrepreneur and behavioral dog trainer in Wilmington, NC, and has been helping dog families understand how to use positive reinforcement to gently and peacefully train their dogs. She is passionate about helping animal shelters caring for dogs who need behavioral training to become more easily adopted, as well as helping new adopters with their recent addition to the family. She has recently adopted her own pet, a very sweet pitbull named Bear, who spent a year in the shelter, and who is now enjoying long walks on the beach and making friends everywhere he goes.
