Giza Necropolis is introduced as the first, the greatest, and the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World, standing foremost of the Great Pyramids of Ancient Egypt. Giza Necropolis is described as the greatest architectural achievement by Ancient Egypt and perhaps of all humanity. Its aesthetic principles of clarity, power, and sophistication are discussed, and historical testaments from ancient tourists are read. 

We explore the central identity of Giza Necropolis as a Pharaonic construction, i.e. it exists as a collection of Pharaonic stones. Its Pharaonic character is immediately identified to the Old Kingdom Pharaonic state. We explore an argument for conferring legal personhood status to this Pharaonic identity and discuss precedent for doing so. Once we have retrieved personhood status, we then go on to discuss key ethical concepts.

We treat with Giza Necropolis, a perpetual Pharaonic institution, through the lens of the healing professions, ethically treating it as though we would a person. We describe a case study and four-phase (0-3) comprehensive treatment plan for Giza Necropolis, focusing on restoration of its form and function as it existed during Old Kingdom Ancient Egypt.

We elaborate on Phase 3 (maintenance) of the comprehensive treatment plan for Giza Necropolis. We interpret Giza Necropolis as an archaeo-socio-economic perpetuity, a perpetual institution with socioeconomic systems adapted relative to and for it. We call this perpetuity Pyramid City. We give a basic overview of Pyramid City, including its existence and uniqueness.

We describe some next steps for comprehensive treatment planning for Giza Necropolis, towards a vision of Pyramid City. Practical next steps for comprehensive treatment planning of Giza Necropolis include formation of an effective trust, fundraising and development, and establishing a task force to assist in fully developing the plan.
