How to integrate self care into your daily routine:

    1. Set the tone for the day. Before you do anything else take a moment of gratitude. Be thankful to be present in your body and your right mind.

    2. Cultivate selective ignorance. There’s a lot of negativity in the daily news. Decide how much regular news and social media you are going to take in for the day and then cut it off.

    3. Focus and finish your top 3 from your “to do” list.
