"Sambhashana Sandesha" is a monthly magazine published by Samskrita Bharati - an almost 40 year old organisation that focusses on the propagation of Sanskrit as a commoner's language. Through their network of offices and volunteers, they endeavour to reach Sanskrit and its embedded knowledge systems to whomsover interested to learn it.
