In this episode I discuss the first of 3 effective communication tools for getting your kids attention and cooperation.
 
The first tool is to REFRAME a negative statement into a positive one! This is powerful and keeps people (ie our kids) from going on the defense (the first step to the breakdown of communication). I’ll teach you how to reframe your statements and give you several reasons why this WORKS!
