Great way to begin

I tried this last year, and was running the full 30 minutes by July. Suffice to say I got off track a bit after that, funny seeing as I never missed a session. I started it again this year, missing heaps of sessions due to the hectic workload of my med course and I can still do it! Not only does it take so little time, but if I miss a week I can still get on with the program. So the eight week course may end up being closer to 20 weeks, but I'll still be able to run, and that is amazing.

Real World Training

After listening to four of my friends go on about how well they all did in a race I've got to admit I was jealous and embarrassed that I couldn't even run around the block! That was the motivation for me to start running but I needed something to help me do it slowly, something that I'd actually stick to. 2 years later I'm now running 10k regularly and this was the poscast that started it all! Small steps week by week, motivation from the author and great music. Highly recommended :-)

Amazing

This has changed my whole life. I never thought I could run, and now I can run 5kms! Todd makes you push yourself, and it is set up for any fitness level, right from couch potato. Do it!
