D&Debates Trojan Adventuring Party

In episode 10 of DnDebates, Scott moderates an episode on Unearthed Arcana, D&D’s playtest material. Amanda, Jake, and Corey pitch their suggestions for the next big UA, argue about whether people like snacks or disease better, and put their own spins on some off-the-ranch UA concepts.

In the ninth episode of D&Debates, Amanda poses some intriguing questions  regarding the part of the game she never shuts up about: flavor. Our debaters argue over the inherent flavor of existing subclasses, possible ways to reskin magic for other settings, and backstories for characters whose mechanics lack a little bit of spice. Remember that Amanda is not biased whatsoever, and the others certainly did not tailor their responses towards her preferred character choices.

In this episode of D&Debates, Corey moderates a spell-centric debate where Amanda, Jake, and Scott argue the best spells, the worst spells, and why spells IRL can lead to Amanda getting into government trouble yet again.

In the seventh installment of D&Debates, we’re looking at a part of D&D that some love and some avoid: feats. How can they be rebalanced to encourage more varied selection?
