The definition of GLOW is to “give out steady light.” And this steady light…shining into the world, is your natural state. You were born to glow.
But often we wake up feeling off, or stressed or just heavy with the responsibilities of life. Before we even leave the comfort of our bed space, we have already burdened ourselves with the tasks that lie ahead.
And it can dim and even cover your light.
But you are meant to shine!
You are meant to glow!

"You are what we think"...our lives truly are a reflection of our thoughts. And while we can’t rely solely on thoughts, we have the power of affirmations: speaking our thoughts into words and eventually into actions in order to manifest our deepest heartfelt intentions.
Affirmations help purify our thoughts and restructure the dynamic of our brains so that we truly begin to think nothing is impossible. So get comfy, relax and repeat these affirmations silently to yourself or you can repeat them out loud, affirming and owning the message you are sending to the universe that YOUR WORDS ARE YOUR SUPERPOWER!
