She has been a front- and back-end web developer and project manager for over 15 years. She is passionate about Salesforce development and helping women and other developer minorities learn to code.

She has 9 years’ experience working with the Salesforce platform, co-leads the Boston Salesforce Administrator Community Group and volunteers as a RAD Women coach.
    At TrailheaDX in 2019, Susannah was awarded the Golden Hoodie for her contributions to the Salesforce community.

    Podcast guest Leslie Gestautas, is a RAD grad and coach mentor. Leslie is a 6X Certified Sr. Consultant with eightCloud that had the coding doors of her mind blown open when she was a RAD student, and then again as a coach! Participating in the RAD community has been a game-changer for her, both technically and personally. She gets pretty amped about sharing the vision, and supporting women as they challenge their own ideas about what they can do. Along the way, she moved from Chicago out to the Oregon coast to work and play on the beach as much as possible. She is also known to stay just a bit too long at karaoke nights.
