Lotty trained as mindfulness based stress reduction teacher, a certified on emotional culture specialist and facilitator of The Emotional Culture deck.

Lotty said, mindfulness trains our brain to be more focus & reduce out anxiety. Further she goes on saying, creating pause will help you reenergize yourself, imply taking a walk for me a moment can help you come up with amazing ideas. Mindful leadership also play a vital role in organization and to develop an emotional culture in the workplace
