Dr. Huffstead has extensive experience providing individual, group, and couples counseling through multiple university counseling centers and community mental health centers during his training and as a professional. Dr. Huffstead’s clinical specialties include: anxiety, depression, stress management, anger management, adjustment concerns, family concerns, relationship concerns, interpersonal concerns, academic concerns, men’s issues, trauma, suicide prevention, work with athletes, and work with military veterans. Together they explored mental health stigma from the lens of masculine norms, traditional gender roles, societal/cultural expectations and suicide. Do not miss this episode.
