In her fifteen years of living practice, Austin has experienced first hand the palpable softening of trigger points and the inevitable healing of wounds, simply as welcome by-products of the practice of yoga. Her love of music and nature, studies in literature and work with horses, all contribute to the centripetal orientation of her offerings. Her hope is to support others as they tap into their own innate wisdom and realize their immutable home inside the heart of the world.
