I am a classical composer and writer, now for 45 years. I am articulate about my unique life (traveling in many countries, meeting Ernest Hemingway as a child) and the traumas I experienced as a child - being adopted by my birth mother, but not told about my true identity. I share my story (in my memoir) of years of depression and dissociation, until I started working to reclaim myself through therapy and spiritual practice.
