Finding grace episode 85 a solo episode with Hannah Wallace

Finding grace episode 85 a solo episode with Hannah Wallace

In my eleventh solo episode I’m talking all about the topic of patience, in this episode:
I share about my relationship with patience.  Why I find being patient frustrating at times.  How we’ve all experienced having to be patient and how we all deal with it differently and that’s ok.  I ask the question “what’s your relationship with patience?” and “What does being patient mean to you?”. Why its normal to feel frustration when you are in the patient space.  I share how often we are so focused on the out come of what we want we miss the gift in patience.  How getting more present when we are being called to be patient often gives us insights we would miss if we future trip.  How to navigate patience with grace.  Why surrender and trusting the process tie in with being patient.  Why it’s important when you are in the patient space to think about the feelings that are underneath it.   How when we look more deeply at being patient we realise that often we are seeking the end result high and then we move on to the next thing. I share about breaking this cycle and finding more temperance. Why temperance has been a big learning for me.  I share this and more on this topic.
I hope you enjoyed these musings.
I’d love to hear your thoughts about this topic and what your relationship with patience is and how you navigate it.
