Evidence-based freedom

Episode after episode of relief. Authoritatively researched, with expert guests, this is the podcast to remind (or convince) you that your body is not the problem. I’ve gotten so much out of episodes on dating, menopause and my relationship to exercise, as well as consolidating info on intuitive eating. Christy has created a kind, smart source of reason with a damn catchy theme song(!) Thanks Christy.

I’m listening to this podcast since more than 2 years now and it has changed my life! It took me a while to fully understand the messages Christy tries to send out but now I get it.
