    We’ve officially crowned Angelo Competiello as the “Prince of Porchetta”. He’s been in the game since childhood working in his family’s deli and then eventually owned his own establishment. Angelo’s passion for quality ingredients evolved into catering “Porchetta Parties” all over the US, and partnering with NY’s best restaurants like Kesté Pizza & Vino, Mama’s Too!, and Settepani Bakery for some seriously delicious food collaborations. In this episode, we talk about his fascination with porchetta and lard bread, defying traditional conventions, Angelo’s fave NYC dishes, and food “influencers”, but mostly…we’re just forkin’ around.

    Chef Josh Reisner, 17 year old ramen prodigy from Queens, NY, has been cooking for most of his life. He started when he was 5 and became a promising star in the culinary world at age 10 after making it into the finals at FOX’s MasterChef Junior television show. Josh’s love for ramen bloomed while apprenticing with well-known restaurants & chefs around New York City. When the pandemic hit, he started innovating his craft through pickup-and-delivery only Ramen Kit popups. In this episode, we talk ramen, mushrooms, favorite NYC dishes and his take on food critics, but mostly.. we’re just forkin’ around.
